About IconSprint
IconSprint is a digital service operated and managed by Coffee Break Ideas LLC (“IconSprint”). For the purposes of this Policy, references to “IconSprint” shall pertain to the digital service provided by Coffee Break Ideas LLC. All matters related to IconSprint, including this Refund Policy, are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
Introduction
Welcome to IconSprint (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! We are committed to providing a fair refund policy to our customers. This Refund Policy, governed by the previous Terms of Service, outlines the circumstances in which refunds can be made.
This Refund Policy is expressly designed to accommodate the distinctive characteristics of the digital goods and services provided by IconSprint, including but not limited to AI-generated app icons and related exports (“Digital Goods”). It acknowledges the inherent differences between physical and digital commodities and the implications thereof on traditional return frameworks. Once access to these Digital Goods has been granted or they have been utilized by the consumer (including the consumption of Credits to generate icons), it is understood and agreed that the standard provisions for returns, typically applicable to tangible goods, are not applicable. Consequently, the acquisition of access to or use of such Digital Goods precludes the possibility of invoking traditional return or refund mechanisms, as their digital nature fundamentally alters the conditions and expectations of such transactions.
Refund Eligibility
- 7-Day Cooling Period for Unused Purchases. Refunds requested within seven (7) days of purchase are eligible for a full refund if and only if no icons have been generated and no Credits have been used on the account associated with the purchase.
- What counts as “used.” For the avoidance of doubt, any generation job (whether previewed or downloaded or not) that consumes Credits shall be deemed use, and the purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds after use. If any Credits have been used to generate icons, you will not be eligible for a refund for that purchase.
- Service outages, delays, or disruptions. In case of service outages, delays, or disruptions, we will strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. However, if we cannot fulfill your order within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or, at our discretion, restoration of Credits to your account for the affected jobs. For clarity, an extended outage means a continuous outage exceeding seventy-two (72) hours that materially prevents generation.
- Automatic credit restoration for failed jobs. Where a generation job fails for technical reasons attributable to IconSprint or our processors, Credits are automatically restored to the originating account. If automatic restoration is not technically possible, please contact support for manual restoration or a refund consistent with this Policy.
- Quality concerns. If your request pertains to the quality of results, please contact support so we can assist with guidance, reruns, or adjustments. Where results are materially impacted by a technical fault attributable to IconSprint or our processors, we may offer credit restoration or a refund consistent with the rules above.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases. Duplicate or accidental purchases that are entirely unused (no Credits consumed) are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
- Unauthorized payment / suspected fraud. If you believe a purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact support@iconsprint.com promptly. We may request reasonable information to verify and investigate. If the purchase is determined to be unauthorized and unused, a refund will be issued; if used, we may reverse Credits, remove access to generated assets obtained through fraud, and take appropriate remedial steps consistent with law. Accounts are not automatically suspended as a result of a fraud report; suspension may be applied upon your request or as required by law or platform security.
Credits and Non-Refundable Policy
IconSprint operates on one-time purchases that add Credits to your account. Credits can be used to generate icons and related assets within our platform.
- Unused Credits purchased within 7 days: eligible for full refund (see Refund Eligibility above).
- Credits after any use (any portion consumed by a generation job): non-refundable.
- Expired, promotional, or bonus Credits (if applicable): non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash or other consideration.
- In the exceptional case of service-related problems where the issue lies directly with IconSprint's delivery of services, contact support for assistance, guidance, or credit restoration. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will consider individual circumstances where the service has not met our high standards.
Taxes, Fees, Currency and Exchange
- Refund amounts. Where a refund is granted under this Policy, we refund the purchase price and any applicable taxes that we collected and that are returnable under applicable tax rules.
- Payment processor fees. Some payment processors do not return their processing fees on refunds. Industry practice allows merchants to refund the net amount returned to us where processor fees are non-refundable. Accordingly, where our processor does not return its fees, such fees may be excluded from the refund.
- Currency/FX differences and bank charges. Currency conversion differences, card-issuer/bank fees, and other charges imposed by your financial institution are outside our control and non-refundable by IconSprint.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we will cooperate with the card network and our payment processor. While a chargeback is under review, IconSprint may reverse Credits corresponding to the disputed amount and remove access to assets generated using those Credits. Accounts are not automatically suspended (unless you request suspension); however, we may adjust balances in the admin dashboard to reflect the disputed/refunded funds and prevent misuse.
Account Closure and Remaining Credits
If you close your account, you will be asked to confirm that you understand all associated data and assets are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. No refund is available for remaining Credits after closure, and you provide your explicit consent to this consequence before deletion is initiated.
Refund Procedure
Customers eligible for a refund should contact IconSprint's customer support to submit a refund request. You may need to provide certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your full name, order ID, payment method, and reason for refund. We highly recommend including screenshots to clearly illustrate any issues you've experienced.
All refund requests will be considered and responded to within a reasonable period of time. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed to the same payment method used during the initial transaction.
Note: Purchases tied to Credits that have been used are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, subject only to the service outage/failure provisions expressly stated above.
Time Frame for Processing Refunds
If a refund is granted, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within seven to ten (7-10) business days.
Appeal Process
In the event that your refund request is denied, you have the option to appeal the decision within seven (7) days by contacting our Customer Support Team for a re-evaluation.
Updates to This Policy
This Refund Policy is subject to change at IconSprint's sole discretion. Any changes will be updated on this page, with the last modification date clearly displayed.
Understanding
By using our Service or any other services provided by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
If you do not agree with this Refund Policy or cannot comply with its terms, you should not use our Service. Any exceptions or modifications to this Refund Policy will be made at the sole discretion of IconSprint.
