About IconSprint

IconSprint is a digital service operated and managed by Coffee Break Ideas LLC (“IconSprint”). For the purposes of this Policy, references to “IconSprint” shall pertain to the digital service provided by Coffee Break Ideas LLC. All matters related to IconSprint, including this Subprocessors Policy, are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.

Introduction

IconSprint engages certain subprocessors to assist in the provision of our services as outlined in the Master Subscription and Professional Services Agreement (MSA) or other applicable customer agreements. This policy provides information about the subprocessors we use and our process for engaging them.

Definition of Subprocessor

A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by IconSprint. This includes entities within the IconSprint group that may have access to or process Customer Content containing personal information.

Due Diligence & Contractual Safeguards

IconSprint conducts due diligence on the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that may have access to or process Customer Content. We enter into Data Protection Agreements with each subprocessor.

This policy is not a binding agreement and does not confer any additional rights or remedies to Customers. It serves to illustrate IconSprint's engagement process for subprocessors and provides a list of third-party subprocessors and content delivery networks used by IconSprint as of the date of this policy.

Process to Engage New Subprocessors

IconSprint provides notice of updates to its list of subprocessors through this policy. We commit to regularly updating this list to keep Customers informed of the scope of subprocessing associated with our Services.

These subprocessors help us understand user behavior and improve our services (no advertising).

These subprocessors assist with marketing automation, customer support, and relationship management.

These subprocessors support our development and operational processes (error monitoring, performance, reliability).

8. Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)

IconSprint uses CDNs to enhance security and optimize content delivery.
